Can you leave your facebook to someone in your will?

So i have been thinking about this. A friends nephew passed away very young and they used quotes from him MYSPACE (this was pre-facebook) in his memorial. The myspace was then just lost/locked down because no one had a right to it. His parents had no way of letting people know on his myspace that he had passed away.

 

So this is my question. Can you bequethe your facebook access/ownership to someone or designate someone to manage your facebook for you once you have passed on. Being that facebook is becoming people's living biography... wouldn't it make sense to have the story completed or deleted based on the wishes of the person who created it?

 

So is there an app for this? What are the rules? Do you think it is something we really need to think about?
